BOOKINGS:

For individual guests (Revive Wellness Studio), bookings must be made and paid for in full (OR card details registered through our online booking system), at least 24 hours in advance of appointment (excluding walk in appointments).  For couples using our Luxury Mobile Spa service; booking and payment is required at least 48 hours in advance of appointment. For larger groups / parties (3 guests or more) using our Luxury Mobile Spa service; this is required 14 days in advance of appointment. For Corporate guests; 14 days in advance also.

TREATMENTS CONFIRMATION:

Individual guest treatments (Wellness Studio) must be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance of scheduled appointment. 48 hours for couples treatments (Luxury Mobile Spa). 14 days for groups / larger party treatments (Luxury Mobile Spa). 14 days for Corporate guest treatments.

BOOKING AMENDMENTS:

Booking amendments (requests to change confirmed dates and or times) can be made but will be subject to the below cancellation policy.  Booking amendments made within the timescales referred to in the cancellation policy (14 days or less for Groups and Corporate guest bookings; 48 hours or less for couples bookings; 24 hours or less for individual guest bookings) will result in a £30 administration fee. 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations for Group (3 guests or more) and Corporate bookings must be made no less than 14 days prior to scheduled booking date. Cancellations for couples bookings must be made no less than 48 hours prior to scheduled booking date.  Cancellation for individual guest bookings; no less than 24 hours prior to scheduled booking date. We will be unable to issue a refund for no-shows or cancellations that fall within the above stated periods. For guests who have booked online and that have registered their payment card, full payment will be taken for no-shows or cancellations which fall within the above stated time periods.

GIFT VOUCHERS:

Gift vouchers can only be redeemed by quoting the unique code provided when making a purchase. All gift cards for individual guest and couples treatments require to be booked at least 7 days in advance of appointment date, for groups / larger parties and Corporate guests; 14 days. Gift vouchers are valid for six months from purchase date. Bookings can be made for a later date, as long as the unique code is redeemed within the six month period.

PROMOTIONAL DEALS / DISCOUNTS

Here at Revive, we strive to look after our existing - as well as - new guests and as such, operate various discounts and deals throughout any given year . It is important to note that one deal cannot be applied to another in order to increase the % discount of that particular deal further. For deals advertised in relation to a specific service or package, the deal on offer is what applies to everyone. For more generic discounts such as ‘**% OFF’ advertised on social media, through promotional flyers etc, this can only be applied to a service which does not already include a promotional offer. Discount / deal offer period may be subject to change without notice.

 

PARKING COSTS:

Parking at our Wellness Studio is free of charge. For our Luxury Mobile service, we would kindly request that Therapist parking costs (if applicable) are reimbursed.  This should be paid to the Therapist when they visit your home, hotel or business. 

 

PRIVACY STATEMENT:

We at ‘Revive - The Key To Wellness’ want you to know that we care about your privacy and respect the information we hold on you. We take the security of your information very seriously.

We will ask for personal information in relation to enquiries and bookings to allow us to process your bookings. This information will be held securely on our database.

Your information is also shared with our freelance Therapists in order for us to fulfill the requirements of your booking / purchase. Your Therapist will ask to fill out a medical consent form which will ask questions relating to your personal health to ensure that we can fulfill our duty to our customers as a responsible organisation, as some health conditions can prevent certain treatments from being carried out. Therapists will hold onto personal information as determined in their insurance policy.

We will not retain any bank and financial information should this be required during the booking process. We will abide by the GDPR in relation to the length of time personal information can / should be held.

LIABILITY:

Our therapists are all trained and qualified to high standards, obtaining recognized qualifications in the beauty industry. Copies of certificates for individual therapists can be obtained if requested. They are each insured and fully covered with Beauticians Liability Insurance for your total peace of mind.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Here at Revive, we operate a highly professional, friendly & ethical service and abide by strict Company Values based on Integrity, Respect, Service Quality and Friendliness.  The health, safety and wellness of both our customers and staff alike are of the upmost importance to us.  As such, any aggressive behaviour, illicit or suggestive sexual remarks or advances will result in immediate termination of services and further action may be taken
