BOOKINGS:

A non-refundable deposit of £25 (singles and couples bookings - minimum one hour call out) and £50 (groups, corporate and events - minimum two hour call out) is required to secure bookings and until this has been paid, the date that you have requested is deemed provisional and is therefore available for other parties to book.  For couple and single person treatments (Revive at Home & Revive Hotels), bookings must be made and paid for in full, at least 2 days in advance.  For groups, larger parties, events and corporate (Revive at Home, Revive Events & Revive at Work) bookings must be made and paid for in full, at least 14 days in advance

TREATMENTS CONFIRMATION:

For singles and couples treatments, treatments must be confirmed at least 2 days in advance of scheduled appointment. For groups, larger parties, events and corporate (Revive at Home, Revive Events & Revive at Work) treatments must be confirmed at least 14 days in advance of scheduled appointment

BOOKING AMENDMENTS:

Booking amendments (requests to change confirmed dates and or times) can be made but will be subject to the above cancellation policy.  Booking amendments made within the timescales referred to in the cancellation policy (2 week or more for groups, 48 hours or more for individual guests and couples) will result in a £30 administration fee. 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations for groups (Revive at Home, Revive Events & Revive at Work) must be made no less than 2 weeks prior to the date of the party, however the deposit paid, as mentioned previously is non-refundable. Cancellations for couples or individual guests (Revive at Home & Hotels) must be made no less than 48 hours prior to the date of the treatment.  We will be unable to issue a refund for no-shows or cancellations that fall within the above stated periods.

GIFT VOUCHERS:

Gift vouchers can only be redeemed by quoting the unique code provided when making a purchase. All gift cards for singles and couples treatments require to be booked at least 7 days in advance of appointment date, for groups and larger parties, 14 days. Gift vouchers are valid for six months from purchase date. Bookings can be made for a later date, as long as the unique code is redeemed within the six month period.

 

BANK HOLIDAYS:

If you wish to book over a Bank holiday weekend then there will be a supplement of £20 added to all bookings.

 

PARKING COSTS:

We kindly request that Therapist parking costs are reimbursed.  This should be paid to the Therapist when they visit your home, hotel or business. 

 

PRIVACY STATEMENT:

We at ‘Revive - The Key To Wellness’ want you to know that we care about your privacy and respect the information we hold on you. We take the security of your information very seriously.

We will ask for personal information in relation to enquiries and bookings to allow us to process your bookings. This information will be held securely on our database.

Your information is also shared with our freelance Therapists in order for us to fulfill the requirements of your booking / purchase. Your Therapist will ask to fill out a medical consent form which will ask questions relating to your personal health to ensure that we can fulfill our duty to our customers as a responsible organisation, as some health conditions can prevent certain treatments from being carried out. Therapists will hold onto personal information as determined in their insurance policy.

We will not retain any bank and financial information should this be required during the booking process. We will abide by the GDPR in relation to the length of time personal information can / should be held.

LIABILITY:

Our therapists are all trained and qualified to high standards, obtaining recognized qualifications in the beauty industry. Copies of certificates for individual therapists can be obtained if requested. They are each insured and fully covered with Beauticians Liability Insurance for your total peace of mind.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Here at Revive, we operate a highly professional, friendly & ethical service and abide by strict Company Values based on Integrity, Respect, Service Quality and Friendliness.  The health, safety and wellness of both our customers and staff alike are of the upmost importance to us.  As such, any aggressive behaviour, illicit or suggestive sexual remarks or advances will result in immediate termination of services and further action may be taken
