Q. How do I book an appointment using a gift voucher?

  1. Click the “Book a Treatment” link on our website's home page.
  2. Click the “Book a Treatment Today” button to access our live booking system. If you prefer, you can also access our booking system directly via the "Book Now" buttons on our Facebook & Instagram pages.
  3. Choose the treatment (or equivalent value) to which your gift voucher relates.
  4. Choose a suitable / available date & time from the list of options.
  5. Enter your card details to hold your booking (please don’t worry, no payment will be taken - this is only required to hold all appointments with us, including voucher bookings).
  6. Confirm your booking via the live booking system.
  7. Present a copy of your Gift Voucher with unique 16-digit voucher code to your therapist on the day of your appointment, who will verify against our system.

*Please note: if you are a new customer, you will be prompted to setup a free customer account on the Fresha booking app in order to complete the booking.

Q. I want to book a treatment of higher value than my voucher, is this possible?

A. Yes, this is absolutely fine but please note, Guests would be required to pay any difference / balance on the day of their appointment.

Q. How long are Gift Vouchers valid for?

A. Gift Vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months from date of purchase.

Q. What happens if I cancel a Gift Voucher appointment booking?

A. If you have given us more than 24 hours notice and haven't cancelled previously, you will be absolutely fine to reschedule using the same voucher (as long as the voucher is still in date). However, should gift voucher bookings be cancelled with less than 24 hours notice given, the voucher will be void. The same applies for multiple cancellations.

APPOINTMENT BOOKING

Q. How do I book an appointment?

A. We run a fully online appointment booking system, which shows Guests all available treatments and available dates and times in realtime. Please follow these steps to book: -

  1. Click the “Book a Treatment” link on our website's home page.
  2. Click the “Book a Treatment Today” button to access our live booking system. If you prefer, you can also access our booking system directly via the "Book Now" buttons on our Facebook & Instagram pages.
  3. Choose the treatment (or equivalent value) to which your gift voucher relates.
  4. Choose a suitable / available date & time from the list of options.
  5. Enter your card details to hold your booking (please don’t worry, no payment will be taken - this is only required to hold all appointments with us, including voucher bookings).
  6. Confirm your booking via the live booking system.
  7. Turn up to your appointment (payment will be taken after your treatment).

Q. How can I check appointment availability?

A. Simply access our live booking system via the "Book a Treatment Today" button on our website or using the "Book Now" button on our social media pages, then click on the treatment you want and the system will display all our available dates and times in realtime.

Q. Can I have a treatment at the same time as a friend, partner or family member?

A. Yes! Simply access our live booking system, pick your treatments and find a date / time where both our Therapists are free at the same time.

Q. Is it okay to reschedule an appointment?

A. Yes, you can reschedule an appointment easily through the Fresha booking app. However, please note that short notice cancellations may incur charges (the Fresha booking app clearly outlines the cancellation terms as part of the booking process, which Guests are required to acknowledge at point of booking).

Q. I've accidentally booked the wrong treatment, how do I fix this?

A. Simply log into the Fresha booking app (the app you booked the appointment through), cancel the treatment you no longer wish to have, select the treatment you would like in its place and choose from the list of available dates and times. Please note, if the new treatment you have selected is longer in duration than the one originally chosen, there may not be availability on the exact same date (this depends on how busy our diary is to be able to accommodate).

PREGNANCY, HEALTH & MINIMUM AGE

Q. I'm pregnant, am I okay to book in for a pregnancy massage?

A. Yes, as long as your pregnancy is beyond the first trimester (week 13 and beyond) and you are experiencing a healthy pregnancy.

Q. I've recently had a Caesarean Section birth, is it okay for me to book a massage?

A. We would advise waiting at a minimum of 3 months before booking a massage.

Q. I have a health condition & I'm not sure if I can book a treatment. What should I do?

A. We would always encourage Guests to consult their medicial professionals to obtain consent prior to booking a massage treatment in this instance as certain health conditions and ailments may mean that massage might not be suitable. If in doubt, please feel free to send us a private message via social media or email (see social media & email icons at the bottom of this page).

Q. Is there a minimum age requirement for treatments?

A. Yes. Treatments for children under the age of 16 are generally not available. Children between the ages of 16 and 17 must be accompanied by an adult and a disclaimer signed by the accompanying adult prior to the treatment taking place. Certain treatments such as microneedling. dermaplaning and most facials are only available to Guests aged 18 and above. If in doubt, please get in touch and we'll be happy to clarify.

LOCATION & PARKING

Q. Is your new salon easy to get to?

A. Yes! Our new salon is based within Maxim Park, Eurocentral, situated just off Scotland's M8 motorway (a short distance from Dakota Hotel Eurocentral). Easily accessible by the M8. M73 and M74 motorways.

Q. Where is the customer car park located and is it free?

A. Yes, parking is free. Once you arrive at Maxim Park, drive straight ahead, beyond the security barrier (you'll pass Dakota Hotel on your left). When you spot the large Maxim "3" board on your right hand side, turn right into the car park. Park in any of the bays which have the red "Retail Parking" sign behind them. Q. Once parked, how do I find the salon?

A. Simply walk through the two sets of communal double doors from the carpark (to the left of Mighty Rick's gym) to the fountain area and you will see the Salon on your left hand side.
